Global Union of Changemakers Elects New Secretary General

The Global Union of Changemakers (GUC) is pleased to announce the results of its recently concluded democratic election for the position of Secretary General.

After a transparent and closely contested voting process, Mr. Sandile Joyisile Mjamba 🇿🇦 of South Africa, born on 12 December 1993, has been officially elected as the new Secretary General of the Global Union of Changemakers.

Mr. Mjamba secured 21 votes, narrowly surpassing Mr. Alexis Nyamayi of Zimbabwe, who received 18 votes, a reflection of the exceptional leadership, dedication, and commitment demonstrated by both candidates. The election process was conducted with integrity, transparency, and respect, underscoring GUC’s core values of democracy and unity.

As the newly elected Secretary General, Mr. Mjamba will play a vital role in driving GUC’s strategic vision, strengthening partnerships, and advancing the organization’s mission to empower changemakers and enhance global collaboration.
