- GUC Global Convening & Collaboration
The Global Union of Changemakers (GUC) is more than a platform it is a living, interconnected network of youth-led projects, organizations, and initiatives across the world. To transform local impact into global change, GUC actively fosters collaboration, learning, and joint action through global convenings, regional networks, and partnership platforms.
These activities allow projects to exchange knowledge, co-create solutions, and amplify their work while staying fully led by local communities. GUC’s global convening approach ensures that every local voice is heard, every innovation is shared, and every project contributes to a collective impact.
Global convening is central to GUC’s mission. Its purpose is to:
Connect local projects and youth initiatives across different countries and regions
Facilitate collaboration, allowing partners to combine strengths and resources
Share knowledge, lessons learned, and innovations from the grassroots level
Amplify youth voices at national, regional, and international platforms
Promote collective advocacy on education, peace, justice, climate, and development
Through global convenings, GUC ensures that solutions developed in one country can inspire change in others, creating a ripple effect of impact. These gatherings are not tokenistic they are designed to empower participants with practical tools, networks, and visibility.
