Each country has a GUC Focal Point, a coordinator who:
Serves as the primary contact for local projects and partners
Connects local initiatives to regional and global GUC networks
Supports knowledge sharing, coordination, and reporting
Encourages local partnerships and collaboration
Local projects can join or align with GUC through:
Program alignment: Projects select the GUC program(s) that match their focus (Education, Peacebuilding, Sports, Climate, Law, Research, etc.)
Resource access: Partners gain access to global knowledge, advocacy tools, and collaborative learning opportunities
Visibility & recognition: GUC highlights local projects on its platforms and reports
GUC fosters regional collaboration by connecting multiple country focal points to:
Share best practices and lessons learned
Co-create cross-border initiatives
Engage in regional campaigns, workshops, and virtual forums
Promote collective youth advocacy and policy influence
Local projects retain full autonomy in implementation
GUC provides guidance and frameworks for tracking impact, documenting lessons, and reporting outcomes
Participating projects are encouraged to share challenges, innovations, and successes to improve collective learning
GUC hosts an annual Global Youth Convening where partners from all countries:
Connect virtually or in-person
Present local achievements and innovations
Participate in global campaigns, workshops, and training
