The Global Union of Changemakers officially announces the launch of its International Leadership Recruitment Program 2026, a global opportunity designed to identify, recruit, and empower highly committed young changemakers who are passionate about creating meaningful impact within communities and across the world through leadership, volunteerism, innovation, advocacy, and collaboration.

This recruitment exercise shall officially open on 11 May 2026 and close on 11 June 2026.

This is an international recruitment call intended for qualified and passionate young people who desire to become part of a growing global youth-led institution committed to advancing positive transformation in different sectors worldwide.

The Global Union of Changemakers is an emerging international youth-led platform dedicated to connecting and empowering changemakers, youth leaders, volunteers, researchers, innovators, advocates, and professionals from different backgrounds to collaboratively address global and community challenges.

These positions are intended to strengthen the organization’s global administrative, strategic, operational, communication, partnership, and institutional systems as the organization continues expanding internationally.

Applications are open to youths aged between 18 and 35 years from eligible countries and regions globally.

At this stage of recruitment:

• Applications from regions outside Africa are currently being prioritized.

• African applicants shall be considered during the second phase of recruitment following completion of the ongoing international phase.
