The Global Union of Changemakers (GUC) is a global youth-led movement committed to advancing sustainable development, social innovation, climate action, human rights, and inclusive global collaboration. As a diverse network of young leaders, organizations, and partners operating across multiple countries and cultures, GUC recognizes that strong governance, ethical conduct, and clear standards are essential to achieving meaningful and lasting impact.
Our policies form the foundation of how we operate, collaborate, and serve communities worldwide. They guide our decisions, protect our members and beneficiaries, promote transparency, and ensure that all activities under GUC uphold international best practices for nonprofit organizations.
